By accessing or using ModsGalaxy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site.
2. What ModsGalaxy is
ModsGalaxy is a discovery layer for game modding communities, built in partnership with Thunderstore. It helps you browse communities and mods; it doesn't host or author the mods themselves.
3. Using the service
Browsing communities on ModsGalaxy doesn't require an account. The ModsGalaxy manager, used to download and install mods, is available for Windows.
4. Third-party content
Community listings, mod counts, and package data are sourced from the Thunderstore ecosystem. Game names, logos, and cover art belong to their respective publishers and are used for identification purposes only. ModsGalaxy isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those publishers.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use ModsGalaxy to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, or violate the terms of the third-party platforms it links to.
6. No warranty
ModsGalaxy is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that community data, mod counts, or listings are complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ModsGalaxy isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any third-party mods installed through the manager.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ModsGalaxy after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
